18-Hole Golf Course
Kanturk Golf Club proudly offers an award-winning 18-Hole Championship Course which is open to the general public. it is designed to cater to all needs of modern golf players.
The course is set in a scenic area with splendid views of Mount Hillary and the surrounding countryside, and is a challenging 5721 metre Par 71 layout which demands accuracy from the tee and good iron play as the greens are small and not easy to hit in regulation. It provides a good test for all levels of golfing ability.
An ideal venue for the individual or group who want to get away from the more commercialised courses. With a mountain backdrop which can only be described as breath-taking this course is a ‘must visit’ for the golfer who is seeking a beautiful and tranquil environment in which to enjoy good golf.

Great Little track really enjoyed it short course with tight lines from tees. This has very small greens and will test every aspect of your game, a great test for a course just over 6000 yards. In fantastic condition greens and tees are as good a surface as you will see and great food afterwards. 12 min interval on the time sheet ensured an enjoyable pace of play.

Cracking course in superb condition greens are excellent to putt on and nice lush fairways. Lots of work being done from new green complexes to drainage, it’s a club on the up, great food afterwards a really enjoyable day out and very reasonably priced.

My kids play with the Juvenile club and its definitely one of the best I’ve seen, John Duggan and Eimear Savage do an unbelievable job every summer progressing kids to the next level, they make it a safe and enjoyable environment for all the kids, well organised and the kids love it great work.

I recently played Kanturk golf and it had been a while since I played there, I couldn’t get over the progress this club has made in recent years. Everything about the place is heading in the right direction. Can’t wait to see where it’s at the next time I’m home. Greens tees are excellent a hidden gem…..
